Yacht Description

Newest Factory CPMY

This 1985 Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht is the newest and last factory built 61' CPMY, #337. HIN: HATBP337K485.

Continuously Operated

"Spring Time" has the advantages of being continuously operated; not a seldom used "dock boat". Since 2002 the $200,000 in upgrades prepared her for reliably cruising in areas where services were minimal. She recently cruised from Tampa to Canada thru the Great Lakes and is now en route to Florida via the ICW.

New and working equipment

The hull is without blisters and undamaged. The engines don't smoke, 850 hours since major overhaul with continually scheduled tune-ups and maintenance. She is a motor yacht but can be used like a trawler with the new equipment; reliable quiet generators, dual anchors, inverter, dingy/motor, low clearance profile, water maker, autopilot & computerized navigation suite. The old kitchen is new, aft is a unique and comfortable king sized bed and T&G wood flooring throughout the lower level.
